SERVICE CENTER AGENT
(Services for the Airlines of Lufthansa Group)


Responsibilities:
• Customer Service in Irregularity situation, complete all ticketing functions and perform check in activities on remote base for Lufthansa Group
• Notify passengers and agents via email, phone, text message related to ticketing and check-in transactions and offer alternative solutions in case of irregularity situations
• Accomplish reservations, services and sales of Lufthansa Group products and its cooperation partners
• Provide expert customer service, including check-in and assistance to premium customers
• Ensure all services are provided in accordance with Lufthansa Group quality standards including safety and security procedures, company guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Project a professional and congenial appearance for daily interaction with customers and customer service team-members
• Manage administrative tasks including accounting, filing, statistics
• Keep up-to-date with product information and daily news
• Participate in team meetings and other duties as assigned
• Coach co-workers
• Other duties or special assignments as assigned or required (e.g. web check in assistance)

Qualification:
• Male or Female
• Thai Nationality
• University degree
• Up to 29 years of age
• Strong communication skill in English (TOEIC 650) Good command of third language (e.g. German, Mandarin) is advantageous
• Relevant experience in ticket sales
• Good perception and adaptability
• Intercultural competence
• Good PC user know-how
• Eye on detail related to cost awareness
• Ability for shift work; early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays.

Senior Aircraft Maintenance Planner & Engineering Support

Responsibilities:
Aircraft Maintenance Planning Tasks
- Coordinate, monitor, control and evaluate the performance of planning tasks resulting from line and base maintenance events
- Plan required maintenance tasks for customers
- Agree together with customers regarding ground time, workload and distribution in the production
- Prepare working papers for routine maintenance and issue job summary sheets
- Assist in and coordinate AOG events, non-routine maintenance
- Synchronize with customer’s maintenance coordinator, LHT fleet manager, LHT engineering in FRA and other concerned parties or partner companies to guarantee a reliable and efficient maintenance work
- Technical problem solving of day-to-day aircraft maintenance planning tasks
- Assist in onboarding, coaching and training new team members
- Engineering Support Tasks
- Support actively in customer’s technical problem solving in collaboration with LHT PD.
- Manage and process technical data with LHT or Customers IT Systems.
- Prepare process and analyze reliability data in order to support in regular reliability meetings with customer and LHT’s responsible department.
- Support in monitoring of relevant economical and operation parameters (Key Performance Indicators, KPIs) for Customers and LHT.
- Manage independently projects and tasks reasonably assigned by Team leader and/or TOM.
- Connect LHT technical services to the customer beyond cross- cultural barriers.

Qualifications:
- Male or Female
- Thai Nationality
- Up to 40 years old
- University Degree (Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace, or any equivalent)
- Thorough understanding of all Microsoft Office computer applications
- Experience in aircraft maintenance planning minimum 5 years.
- Good communication skill in English
- Skill in maintenance operation systems (ERP) is advantageous
- Good General knowledge in aviation maintenance
- Excellent health and willing to take a full medical checkup.
- Willing to work on shift basis
