POSITION: Customer Services Agent / Lounge Attendant

LOCATION: The Coral Executive Lounge, Don Mueang Airport


1) Greets and meet customers at meeting point or reception counter.
2) Accompany customers to check-in counter and assists them to immigration fast track lane in a polite and professional manner by using their names for a good impression. Including Inviting customer to the lounge and guide to the seat.
3) Invited and Escort customer to boarding by using their names for a good impression and also initiate boarding announcement for departure and monitor the system, and also make final announcement if passengers are still no gated.
4) Collect and record customer in and out data/feedback by request an invitation card or boarding pass. Then submitted to Lounge Supervisor or Duty Manager at the end of duty
5) Keep all customers informed or their flight departure time and any other information pertaining to their flight.
6) Stand by a reception counter for escorting customer to immigrate fast track.
7) Stand by at lounge for service passenger who is using lounge.
8) Ordering of supplies for daily operation like snack, pastries, fruits, food and drinks. Hot and cold towels must be fresh and sufficiently stocked and fulfilled. And only substandard item must be removed
9) Recording in and out supplies for daily operation.
10) Ensure materials provided are up to date and must be in good order.
11) Ensure to cleaning table and sofa when passenger depart.
12) Ensure all working areas are tidy and clean.
13) Read and initial passenger on log book.
14) Read customer list of today at the beginning of the shift.
15) Maintain appropriate standard and procedures, dress hygiene, uniform and grooming in good appearance.
16) Must be available to work on call and overtime when necessary
17) Must be available to work any shift including weekends and holidays.
18) Other job related duties as assigned by Lounge Manager

• Male or Female, Thai Nationality
• Age 20 years old over.
• Vocational, Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any fields.
• Fresh graduate are welcome.
• Good communication skill in English.
• Well-groomed outward appearance.
• Service mindset, proactive, self-motivator and a team player
• Working 6 days per week, 9 hours per day (breaking 1 hour).
• Ability for shift work including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays
