Jet Airways (9W) is recruiting for "Customer Service Officer" based in Suvarnabhumi International Airport (2 Positions)

Job Descriptions:

· To prepare and handle Jet Airways flight – Check Load / staff travel / managing counters / boarding gate / to maintain OTP / guest first service and ensure all bags are connected on the flight. In case of overbooking or misconnections – Coordinate with OAL for rebooking / and keeping options on OAL
· Handling baggage services email – World tracer will be an added advantage and send emails to guest for full & final settlement and other correspondence with MHB / Baggage service team
· Post flight allocation – Filing / updating excel data / flight reports & respond emails and queries from internal staff.

Qualifications:

· Thailand nationality
· Male or Female (at least 1 year’s work experience in airline ground operation field is preferable)
· Bachelor’s Degree in any field
· Able to speak, read and write in English
· Must be willing to work at night, public holidays and weekend duties
· Good communication skills and team-work ability
· Good characteristics with Service Mind
· Good command in MS Office, Internet and E-mail
· Target oriented and hard-working
· Good health condition
