1. Call Center Executive

Role and Responsibilities:
• Ensure team members to deliver the best service to customer and agent as well as maintain the smooth daily operation.
• Train & Inspire team members to achieve service excellence.
• Monitor call traffic and apply instant solution to meet service target.
• Handle complex & complaint cases as a first touch point and escalate to Case Management Team if necessary.
• Handle customer inquiries & provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Able to manage all tasks to get the most sufficient when Call Center Supervisor is not around.
• Keep records of customer feedback (Inquiry, Complaint, Compliment, and Suggestion) in order to get an update status weekly/monthly for management review.
Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
• Motivate Call Center Team to continue delivering a quality service, particularly when team members are working in stressful conditions dealing with customer
complaints.
• Analyze records of customer inquiries, purchases, service requests and complaints to identify trends.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
• Male or female age over 25 years old
• At least 5 years hands-on work in Airline Business
• 500 of TOEIC score within 2 years from date of testing
• Experience in Call center environment will be an advantage
• Customer oriented with good customer handling skills
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in high pressured environment
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good computer literacy
• Ability to maintain high confidentiality, tactful and discretion when dealing with people.
• Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
• Able to travel domestically and abroad

2. Call Center Officer (Non-Voice)

Role and Responsibilities:
• Response for communicate with customer feedback throughout various channel such as emails, phone call or walk in with professionally skill to provide information
about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
• Reply publication email from passenger within the service level agreement (SLA)
• Monitor email traffic and apply instant solution to meet service target.
• Handle complex & complaint cases as a first touch point and escalate to Supervisor if necessary.
• Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer feedback (Inquiry, Complaint, Compliment, and Suggestion) in order to get an update status weekly/monthly for management review.
• Delivering a quality service, particularly when team members are working in stressful conditions dealing with customer complaints.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
• Male or Female age not over than 25 years old
• Customer oriented with good customer handling skills
• Ability to work effectively in high pressured environment
• Excellent communicators in English and Thai, especially written skill
• 450 of TOEIC score within 2 years from date of testing
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellence MS office skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to maintain high confidentiality, tactful and discretion when dealing with people.
• Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
• Able to travel domestically and abroad.
