สายการบิน Thai Vietjet Air เปิดรับสมัครงานตำแหน่ง Sale Manager ตามรายละเอียดด้านล่างค่ะ

Role and Responsibilities:
• To deliver revenues through agrees distribution channels and meet/exceed set targets.
• Set, question and continuously challenge effectiveness of distribution strategy.
• Influence commercial strategy through own market knowledge and ability to judge sales opportunities
• Assess market (by route and region) for suitable distribution strategy
• Propose distribution strategy options to Head of Commercial for discussion.
• Provide input in final decisions on distribution strategies
• Implement distribution strategy and allocate responsibilities to self and sales team members.
• Recruit sales team
• Introduce performance management for sales team
• Be accountable for day to day workload distribution and performance of sales team
• Undergo regular performance management with Head of Commercial for own performance, including performance targets.
• Manage own department costs within set budgets and actively assess and implement cost saving initiatives and improved working practices.
• Provide guidance and direction including setting performance standards and monitoring performance of airport ticket office staff.
• Monitor call center’s day-to-day activities
• Analyze call center statistics (sales rates, costs, customer service metrics etc.)
• Maintain high customer service standards of call center
• Evaluate call center performance with key metrics (accuracy, call-waiting time etc.)
• Maintain smooth operation of Reservation and Group desk and monitor performance
• Monitor Cargo sales performance and operation
• Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.

• University Degree (Bachelor) in relevant field and Master Degree in a related field shall be an advantage
• Minimum of 8 years work experience in a Hands-On on sales role within an airline or travel industry
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Manager with revenue budget responsibilities
• Experience in working within a sales team nationwide or regionally.
• Fluent in both English and Thai (spoken & written.
• Ability to work independently with high comfort level working in a diverse environment
• High sense of coordinating with team members and other departments in the company
• Possess personal traits: friendly, mature, humble, honest, and meticulous. Excellent people skills.
• Outward going and able to present & speak in public
• Ability to maintain high confidentiality, tactful and discretion when dealing with people.
• Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
• Able to travel domestically and abroad
