Currently we employed over 400 professionals providing airline ground services e.g. full range of passenger services, flight operations and cargo supervision at Suvarnabhumi International Airport and Bangkok Head Office. And due to our organization's growth we would like to invite experienced candidates and fresh graduates to join professional service team, for a position:

REMOTE BUSINESS CENTER AGENT SUPPORT - TEMPORARY CONTRACT 6 MONTH
(Remote Business Services for the Airlines of Lufthansa Group)

Responsibilities:
- Customer Service in Irregularity situation, support team to complete all ticketing functions and perform check in activities on remote base for Lufthansa Group
- Support on accomplishment of reservations, services and sales of Lufthansa Group products and its cooperation partners
- Ensure all services are provided in accordance with Lufthansa Group quality standards including safety and security procedures, company guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Project a professional and congenial appearance for daily interaction with customers and customer service team-members
- Manage administrative tasks including accounting, filing, statistic
- Keep up-to-date with product information and daily news
- Participate in team meetings and other duties as assigned
- Other duties or special assignments as assigned or required

Qualification:
- Male or Female
- Thai Nationality
- University degree (fresh graduates are also welcome)
- Up to 29 years of age
- Strong communication skill in English
- Good perception and adaptability
- Intercultural competence
- Good PC user know-how (MS Excel)
- Ability to work in late night shift (21:00 - 06:00 hrs)
- Can start working as soon as possible
